SAP Technical Lead

The SAP Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of SAP technical solutions. This role involves overseeing ABAP development, ensuring high-quality coding standards, and managing system integrations while working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Your Role

• •Design , Development and implement SAP technical solutions aligned with business requirements
• •Lead ABAP development (RICEFW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• •Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards
• •Manage system integrations (IDOCs, APIs, RFCs, OData, middleware)
• •Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
• •Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical designs
• •Oversee transport management and deployment activities
• •Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely defect resolution
• •Optimize performance using HANA best practices (CDS, AMDP)
• •Ensure compliance with security, governance, and documentation standards

Your Profile

• •Strong expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA, and SAP integrations and Object-Oriented ABAP.
• •Knowledge of S/4HANA, CDS, AMDP, Fiori/UI5, ODATA
• •Experience in integrations (API, CPI,BTP, PI/PO)
• •Understanding of SAP FI and MDG and hands-on experience
• •Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

PI/PO, CPI/BTP, OData services, AMS/support delivery, job monitoring tools, and team leadership experience.

Knowledge in: banking domain experience.
