YOUR PROFILE

• •Strong expertise in SAP OpenText VIM with hands-on implementation experience.
• •Proficient in BCC, Invoice Extraction Service (IES), and multiple invoice ingestion channels.
• •Experienced in workflow configuration, Chart of Accounts (CoA), and invoice approval processes.
• •Good understanding of SAP Finance processes and end-to-end Accounts Payable automation.
• •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

YOUR ROLE

• •Led end-to-end SAP OpenText VIM implementation and support projects for invoice automation.
• •Configured and managed invoice processing workflows for PO, Non-PO, and Down Payment invoices.
• •Designed invoice capture solutions using OCR, Email, IDocs, Manual Uploads, and IES/BCC integration.
• •Implemented automatic account assignment logic including G/L Accounts, Cost Centers, and Expense Types.
• •Collaborated with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for solution design, enhancements, and issue resolution.
