Scaffold Builder

Description

PMI is seeking motivated and safety-focused Scaffold Builders to join our team. The Scaffold Builder is responsible for the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems while ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• •Install and remove scaffold-related equipment.
• •Inspect job sites, scaffolding components, and equipment prior to use.
• •Build and dismantle scaffolds, including the installation of ladders, walkways, and handrails as required.
• •Install safety systems in accordance with company practices and applicable regulations.
• •Load and unload scaffold equipment and materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• •Follow all safety procedures and properly wear and maintain required PPE.
• •Maintain fall protection requirements during scaffold erection and dismantling activities.
• •Clean, inspect, and properly store tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
• •Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently while meeting customer and company expectations.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• •Valid driver's/ or ID.
• •2 yrs. or more experience in the erection and dismantling of various types of scaffolds
• •Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• •Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments.
• •Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• •Must be able to pass drug screening and background checks as required by individual job sites.
• •Must possess a valid TWIC card or be able to pass the required background check to obtain a TWIC card.
• •Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
