Job Description
C onduct user research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries and competitor analysis to uncover pains, needs and business constraints (customers, staff, collectors).
Design E2E customer, staff and collector journeys for debt collection and related banking processes; map touchpoints, moments of truth, and handoffs across channels.
C reate wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, interaction flows, prototypes and design specs that are usable, accessible and aligned with brand guidelines.
P artner with Data and Analytics to use metrics, qualitative feedback and A/B test results to validate designs and iterate.
Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, Engineers, QA and Change Management to translate UX into user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation-ready designs.
P lan and run usability tests, pilot sessions and UAT support; synthesize findings and drive actionable improvements.
C ontribute to and maintain design system components, pattern libraries and UI guidelines ensuring consistency and scalability.
E nsure designs meet accessibility standards and regulatory/security requirements relevant to banking and collections.
Job Qualifications :
Experience 3–6+ years UX/UI experience; demonstrated work on banking, financial services, digital banking or debt collection products preferred.
Strong showing end‑to‑end design work: journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing and measurable outcomes.
Proficient with design & prototyping tools , research tools, and collaboration platforms .
Strong communication , facilitation and stakeholder management; ability to present design rationale to non‑designers.
Agile mindset, collaborative, resilient, and able to operate in fast‑paced environments.
Ability to work effectively in Agile environments, fa cilitating r equirement discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and continuous improvements.
