  • Deine Hauptaufgaben:
  • ✓ Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Haftpflichtschäden von der Erstmeldung bis zum Abschluss
  • ✓ Kommunikation mit Versicherungsnehmern, Vertriebspartnern, Anspruchstellern und allen Schadenbeteiligten (telefonisch und schriftlich)
  • ✓ Aufklärung von Sachverhalten sowie Beurteilung von Versicherungsschutz, Haftung und Schadenhöhe
  • ✓ Eigenständige Entscheidung über Vorschusszahlungen, Abrechnungen, Vergleiche und Ablehnungen im Rahmen Ihrer Vollmacht

Dein Profil:

  • Must-have:
  • ✓ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzenanlagen (m/w/d) oder zum Finanzassistenten mit Fachrichtung Versicherung (m/w/d)
  • ✓ Freude an telefonischer und schriftlicher Kommunikation
  • ✓ Selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Von Vorteil:
  • ✓ Erste Erfahrung in der Schadensachbearbeitung (Berufseinsteiger ausdrücklich willkommen)
