Deine zukünftige Rolle.

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund_innen, sowie Partner_innen
  • Du bearbeitest Schadenunterlagen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unseren Versicherungspartner_innen
  • Du prüfst und kontrollierst Kostenvoranschläge von Reparaturleistungen zu Unfallschäden
  • Du bearbeitest Pannenfälle im In- und Ausland in Kooperation mit unserem Assistance Partner_innen und stellst die Mobilität unserer Kund_innen sicher
  • Du übernimmst die Rechnungskontrolle und Verbuchung
  • Du klärst offene Schadenzahlungen mit Versicherungen ab

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

  • Du bist Berufseinsteiger_in oder hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt
  • Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung - Kenntnisse in der KFZ/ Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englisch- und Französisch-Kenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift
  • Du verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse (speziell MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert , lösungsorientiert & bist ein Teamplayer
  • Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von 2.450,-- Euro brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
