  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Kund_innenanliegen und Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität
  • Dokumentation und Verwaltung der Schadenfälle in den internen Systemen
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. AHS, HAK oder kaufmännische Lehre)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Ausgeprägte Kund_innen- und Serviceorientierung
  • Gutes IT-Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen
  • Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
