Mieter und über 250 Wohnungsunternehmen in ganz Deutschland mit umfassenden Konzepten im Facility-und Abfallmanagement, zu Trinkwasser- und Verkehrssicherheit und in der Schädlingsbekämpfung.

Zur Unterstützung unseres regionalen FacilityManagementTeams im Bereich der Schädlingsbekämpfung in Bochum, insgesamt 4 operative Mitarbeiter (m/w/d).

Die Aufgaben

  • Kanalbelegung
  • Schädlingsbekämpfung nach vorgegebenem Einsatzplan

Das Anforderungsprofil

  • Führerschein B wünschenswert, idealerweise BE
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Sicheres und freundlichen Auftreten in den Liegenschaften
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliches Zeitmanagement im Tagesablauf
  • Bereitschaft zur schmutzigen und körperlich anstrengenden Arbeit, sowie zu Diensten an Wochenenden.

Eine Berufsausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund ist wünschenswert.

Der Bereich Schädlingsbekämpfung der Innotec-Gruppe hat seinen Ursprung in der Bochumer Niederlassung des Unternehmens. Heute sind wir in weiten Teilen des Ruhrgebiets, Köln sowie im Bergischen Land aktiv.

  • Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin ausgebildete Schädlingsbekämpfer.
  • Schulungen und Weiterbildungen sind bei uns Standard.
