Key Responsibilities

• •Efficiently schedule and coordinate in-home caregivers to meet client needs.
• •Maintain accurate records of schedules, availability, and client preferences.
• •Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families to ensure smooth operations.
• •Adapt quickly to last-minute schedule changes and problem-solve with urgency.
• •Collaborate with the In-Home Care team to support exceptional client care.

Requirements

• •Experience in scheduling, home care, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• •Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• •Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• •Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• •A commitment to high energy, urgency, and innovation in client care.
