  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Automobilindustrie
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Wareneingang oder Administration von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (IWF, Inconso)
  • Hohe IT-Affinität
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit

  • Koordination des Tagesgeschäftes systemseitig
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Behebung von Ablaufproblemen und Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Abstellmaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Schichtleitung
  • WMS Systeme im besten Fall Inconso
  • Durchführung von Permanenten- und Stichtagsinventuren
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen
