Ihre Aufgaben:

Planung, Führung und Überwachung von bis zu 3 Produktionslinien

Personalführung und -einteilung

Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Sicherstellung der Anlageneffizienz

Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleitern sowie der Produktion, Technik und Logistik

Gewährleistung der Qualitätsvorgaben und Produktsicherheit

Reporting an die Produktionsleitung

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich (z.B. Bäcker, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Koch (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsunternehmen wünschenswert

Affinität zu praktischen Produktionsabläufen sowie Entwicklung und Begleitung von Innovationsprozessen

Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise

Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse / Schichtbereitschaft (3-Schicht-System)
