### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umbau und Einrichtung von Tiefziehmaschinen
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung und Organisation der Produktionsabläufe
  • Führung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden im jeweiligen Schichtbereich
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Sicherstellung unserer hohen Fertigungsstandards
  • Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Vollzeit, 3-Schicht-System. Kein Wochenende

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im handwerklichen Bereich (z. B. Verfahrensmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Kunststofftechniker o. ä.)
  • Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Lernbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
