Schichtführer Färberei (m/w/d)

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum Textiltechniker, Textilchemiker oder vergleichbar
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sorgen für die Qualitäts- und die Produktionsüberwachung
  • Sie sorgen für die Erstellung von Farbrezepturen
  • Sie mustern Farben ab
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Produktionsfreigabe
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Personalführung
