Unser Kunde ist ein traditionsreiches, familiengeführtes Industrieunternehmen am Standort Salzkotten. Es verbindet erfolgreich handwerkliche Qualität mit moderner Produktionstechnik und gilt in seiner Branche als national wie international anerkannt. Zur Unterstützung des Teams im Produktionsbereich suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Schichtführer Industriebäckerei (m/w/d) .

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung, Planung und Überwachung von bis zu drei Produktionslinien
  • Einsatzplanung, Motivation und Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Schichtbetrieb
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Enger Austausch mit Teamleitungen, Technik, Logistik und Produktionsleitung
  • Reporting an die Produktionsleitung

## Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsunternehmen – idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Bäckereibranche
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsabläufen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
