Zum nächstmöglichen Termin suchen wir für unser Unternehmen Ernst Klimmer GmbH am Standort Burgau SCHICHTFÜHRER (m/w/d):

### IHRE AUFABEN:

  • Operative Führung eines Produktionsbereiches im Schichtbetrieb
  • Sicherstellung der Produktionsstandards
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien
  • Mitwirkung und Gestalten bei Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Kosten-/Qualitäts- und Lieferterminverantwortung

### IHRE QUALIFIKATION:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker Stanz- und Umformtechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren Aufgaben in einer industrialisierten Produktion
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Kommunikations- und durchsetzungsstarker engagierter Teamplayer mit
  • Sozialkompetenz und hohem Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Windows Office-Programme
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
