## DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du sorgst für die Produktsicherheit und die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Du stellst einen optimalen und reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher
  • Du führst das Bedienungspersonal der Produktion in Ihrer Schicht
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an der Umsetzung von Einsparmaßnahmen im Bereich Energie und Produktion mit

## DEIN PROFIL

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie eine erfolgreiche Weiterbildung zum Braumeister oder Getränkebetriebsmeister mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Du kennst die Abfüllung und die dazugehörigen Prozesse
  • Persönlich überzeugst du durch Organisationstalent, eine zuverlässige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Belastbarkeit
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten, wie z.B. Schichtarbeit, sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Eine gute persönliche Entwicklung versuchen wir jederzeit zu unterstützen
