Schichtführer (m/w/d)

  • Aufgabengebiet:
  • Betreuung der Produktion in qualitativer und quantitativer Hinsicht
  • Behebung von Störungen an Spritzgussmaschinen und Fertigungsanlagen
  • Fachgerechtes Anfahren und Abstellen der Spritzgussmaschinen und Fertigungsanlagen
  • Organisation von Produktionsabläufen und Arbeitsschritten
  • Sicherstellen von Sauberkeit und Ordnung
  • Mitarbeiterführung , organisation und motivation
  • Einarbeitung und Unterweisung der Mitarbeiter
  • Anforderungsprofil:
  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung idealerweise zum Kunststoff Formgeber bzw. Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff und Kautschuktechnik oder
  • Du verfügst über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte sowie sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise aus
  • Darüber hinaus verfügst du über Einsatzbereitschaft, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • -Du bringst Bereitschaft zur 3 Schicht mit
