Für unseren Bereich Cut-to-Measure suchen wir einen Schichtführer (m/w/d) HP-Verpackung mit Stellvertretungsfunktion für die Teamleitung CTM

### IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Disziplinarische Verantwortung für das Verpackungsteam von Wärmepumpensets
  • Durchführung der Shopfloormeetings, Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter, Qualifizierung und Arbeitseinteilung der Mitarbeiter und Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung
  • Umsetzen von Konfektionieraufträgen nach Kundenabrufplan
  • Abstimmungen mit dem Kundenzentrum zur Auftragsplanung und Erfassen des Konfektionier- bzw. Verpackungsfortschritts
  • Anlegen von Abholaufträgen für die Spedition sowie Vorbereitung der Ware zur Abholung
  • Durchführen kleinerer Wartungstätigkeiten (nach Vorgabe) zur Aufrechterhaltung des Anlagenzustandes
  • Unterstützen des Teamleiters CTM bei administrativen Aufgaben sowie Überbrückung von Abwesenheiten
  • Bei Bedarf operative Unterstützung beim Verfahren von Rohrbündeln oder Be- und Entladen von LKW's
  • Aufrechterhalten und Kontrolle von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im Arbeitsumfeld
  • Durchführen von Bestandszählungen und Inventuren

### IHR PROFIL:

  • Fachspezifische Berufsausbildung als Fachlagerist (m/w/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Routinierter Umgang mit PC und Anwendungsprogrammen
  • Staplerschein
  • Verbindliches Auftreten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamorientierung
  • Genaues Arbeiten
