Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Führung und Koordination der Produktions-Mitarbeiter/innen des 2 bzw. 3-Schicht-Betriebs
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs der Produktionsvorgänge zur Erreichung der festgelegten Produktionsziele
  • Unterstützung bei Einschulung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Vorbereitung von täglichen Kennzahlen (KPIs, OEE etc.)
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und 5S in der Produktion
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Termineinhaltung und Menge
  • Verantwortung für Maschinen und Anlagen und die Bereitstellung von Materialien, Rohstoffen
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und -prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemeister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Praxiserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Aufgaben vorzugsweise im Automotive-Betrieb
  • sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern, hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • sehr gute Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • geübter Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket und gute Deutschkenntnisse
