  • Fachliche Mitarbeiterführung eines ca. 20-köpfigen Teams
  • Überwachung und Dokumentation der Arbeitsabläufe, Anlagenqualität, Leistungsdaten und Schichtqualität
  • Badkontrolle, Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Einstellarbeiten
  • Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe sowie Einweisung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern vor Ort
  • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung kundenspezifischer und gesetzlicher Forderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Beruf (vorzugsweise Oberflächenbeschichter, Elektroniker oder Industriemechaniker)
  • Bereitschaft zur 4-Schicht (Regatta)
  • Führungsqualitäten und Kommunikation mit den Schnittstellenabteilungen
  • Grunderfahrung mit dem Umgang von Chemikalien
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Serviceorientierung
  • ·Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
