### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Schichtleitung einer unserer zwei Produktionen (Sägewerk oder Palettenwerk)
  • Umsetzung der Produktionsanweisungen
  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Produktionsbetriebs und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Maschinenverfügbarkeit und Reduzierung der Rüstzeiten
  • Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Personalführung

### Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Holzindustrie
  • Schichtbereitschaft (Früh- und Spätschicht im wöchentlichen Wechsel)
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
