Für unsere CNC-Fertigung in Hagen suchen wir einen erfahrenen

## Schichtleiter CNC (m/w/d),

der unser Team führt, Prozesse optimiert und Qualität sicherstellt.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Als Schichtleiter CNC übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Fertigung und sind verantwortlich für:
  • Führung und Koordination eines CNC-Schichtteams (bis zu 10 Mitarbeiter m/w/d)
  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Programmieren von CNC-Drehmaschinen (vorwiegend Mori Seiki und Fanuc)
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der CNC-Drehprozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und effizienter Arbeitsabläufe
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im Schichtbetrieb
  • Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Produktionskennzahlen

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als CNC-Fachkraft, NC-Anwendungsfachmann/-frau oder Maschinen- und Anlagenführer/in Metall-/Kunststofftechnik mit Programmiererfahrung (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Organisationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
