Ihre Herausforderungen:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses sowie dessen Verbesserung
  • Verantwortung für reibungslose Abläufe sowie Kontrolle der Einhaltung des Arbeitsschutzes sowie ordnungsgemäße Ausführung der Prozess- und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Planung und Absicherung der Human- und Maschinenkapazität (Urlaubs- und Schichtpläne)
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stellen sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zu den einzelnen Fachbereichen
  • Initiierung und Begleitung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Medientechnologe Druck / Drucktechniker und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionsbereich
  • Sie sind zuverlässig und lösen Probleme in einer ruhigen und sachlichen Art
  • Auf die verschiedenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen können sie sich einstellen und zielorientiert kommunizieren
  • Sie haben eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität, Flexibilität und Organisationsvermögen
  • Hohe Teamorientierung, Führungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen, insbesondere bei der Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele und -vorgaben
  • Fahrausweis für Gabelstapler und Fahrpraxis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Gute Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
