  • Wir suchen Dich ab sofort als Schichtleiter (m/w/d) für unseren Edeka am Hbf Düsseldorf in Vollzeit.

So spannend ist Dein Job:

  • Zusammen mit Deinem Team sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Schichtablauf.
  • Dazu gehört unter anderem die Organisation des Food & Kassen Bereichs sowie die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards.
  • Du hast für Dein Team immer ein offenes Ohr und trägst dabei zur Motivation eines jeden Einzelnen bei.

Dafür bringst Du mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Einzelhandel sind wünschenswert aber kein Muss, da Du von uns ein Training erhältst.
  • Du besitzt eine herzliche Persönlichkeit und liebst es, Menschen zu begeistern.
  • HACCP, Arbeitssicherheit und Qualitätsstandards kommen Dir bekannt vor.
  • Du bist bereit, auch in der Nachtschicht zu arbeiten, da unser EDEKA-Markt rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist.
