  • Qualität, Führen, Kontrollieren & Koordinieren

  • Kommunikation und Kooperation mit allen relevanten Bereichen
  • Sicherstellen der vorgegebenen Produktqualität/-quantität unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Prozessvorgaben
  • Verantwortung für Maschinen und Gerätschaften
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter
  • Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
  • Kostenverantwortung (Produktionsabweichung, Materialabweichung etc.)
  • Planungshorizont mindestens 4-6 Wochen

Übernahme von weiteren angemessenen Tätigkeiten gemäß Weisungen der/des Vorgesetzten.

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich z.B. Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Koch oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sehr gute bereichsübergreifende Kenntnisse der Produktion, Arbeitsabläufe und Richtlinien
  • Fähigkeit zur Personalführung und Mitarbeitermotivation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HACCP und idealerweise IFS
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in BaaN ERP und MS Office (insb. Excel)
  • Planungs-, Koordinations- und Dispositionsvermögen, gute Analysefähigkeiten sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken*
  • Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen*
  • Sicheres Auftreten und gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise*
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sichtarbeit (3 Schichtsystem Früh, Spät, Nacht) inklusive Sonntage*
  • Ausbildung zum betrieblichen Ersthelfer*
