Als Unternehmen der Lebensmittelindustrie stellt die Schwaaner Fischwaren GmbH Fischkonserven her und vertreibt diese deutschland- und europaweit. Unsere Kunden im Discountbereich des Deutschen Lebensmitteleinzelhandels, im SB-Verbrauchermarktbereich, im Großhandel, aber auch im Export beziehen insgesamt ca. 30 Mio. Verpackungseinheiten pro Jahr. Unser Unternehmen ist IFS (International Featured Standard Food), MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) und ÖKO zertifiziert.

Für unsere Produktion im 2-Schicht-Rhythmus 40 Wochenstunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schichtleiter (m/w/d).

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

  • Schichtorganisation und Umsetzung des Produktionsplans
  • Organisation der Schichtbesetzung und Aufgabenverteilung
  • Abrechnung der Produktion und Führen des Schichtberichtes
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorgaben und -standards
  • Einhaltung von Standards hinsichtlich Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitsschutz
  • Motivation und Führung der Produktionsmitarbeiter durch aktive Anwesenheit in der Produktion

Wir erwarten:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und praktische Erfahrungen in der industriellen Fertigung von Lebensmitteln
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, verbunden mit sozialer Kompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
