WEHA Plastic Automotive GmbH, wir sind ein stetig wachsendes, mittelständisches Unternehmen im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss. Dabei bieten wir unseren weltweiten Kunden einen umfangreichen Service von der Idee, über die Entwicklung, bis hin zur Serie. So entwickeln und produzieren wir seit über 50 Jahren vielfach bewährte Kunststoffspulen, Schutzkappen, Automobilartikel und technische Teile im Kunststoff-Spritzguss-verfahren.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams am Standort suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Schichtleiter/in (Kunststoffformgeber/in).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einrichten (Rüsten) von Spritzgießmaschinen und Peripherie (Roboter, Temperiergeräte, Materialzuführung) und Anlauf von Produktionsprozessen
  • Überwachung, Optimierung und Fehlersuche bei Spritzgießprozessen und -parametern.
  • Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele (Stückzahl, Qualität, Termine)
  • fachliche Führung des Schichtteams und Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik
  • Berufserfahrung im Kunststoff-Spritzguss
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
