  • Führung einer Schicht mit rund 40 Mitarbeitenden Sicherstellung von
  • Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Produktionszielen Überwachung und
  • Optimierung der laufenden Fertigungsprozesse Sicherstellung einer
  • störungsfreien und termingerechten Produktion Umsetzung von
  • Maßnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung Mitwirkung
  • bei Projekten sowie der Fabrik- und Bearbeitungszellenplanung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsabläufen und
  • Produktionssystemen Förderung einer wertschätzenden und
  • motivierenden Teamkultur Was Sie mitbringen sollten: Abgeschlossene
  • technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in der Zerspanungsmechanik
  • oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d)
  • oder Techniker (m/w/d) Erfahrung in der Führung von
  • Produktionsmitarbeitenden Kenntnisse im Bereich Fräsen,
  • Bearbeitungszentren und Bearbeitungszellen Grundkenntnisse moderner
  • Produktionssysteme und Lean-Methoden von Vorteil Ausgeprägte
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Hohe
  • Teamorientierung, Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Was wir Ihnen
