Das Unternehmen ist bundesweit mit mehreren Standorten vertreten. Für das Umschlaglager am Standort im Raum Göppingen suchen wir Verstärkung.

  • Schichtleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Schichtleitung und Mitarbeiterführung (fachlich) von ca. 20 Mitarbeiter/innen pro Schicht (Früh- und Spätschicht)
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Prozesse und Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Verantwortung und Kontrolle über die Einhaltung der Vorschriften in den Bereichen Ladungssicherung / Arbeitssicherheit sowie Gefahrgut
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Schichtpläne und Urlaubsplanung
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Logistikbereich oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder im Umschlagslager, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Stückgutbereich
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung in hektischen Situationen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Grundkenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit und Gefahrgutrecht (ADR)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Job Details:

  • 38 Stunden / Woche
  • 27 Urlaubstage
  • Früh- und Spätschicht im Wechsel (6-14 Uhr / 14-22 Uhr)
