Logistikkonzern mit dem Charm eines familiengeführten Unternehmens über mehrere Generationen sucht zur Verstärkung in Mönchengladbach einen Schichtleiter für die Logistik (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Das bringst du mit:

· Fachliche und disziplinarische Mitarbeiterführung im Lager in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Lagerleitung

· Organisation des Personaleinsatzes und Erstellen von Dienstplänen

· Unterstützung und Einarbeitung des Personals

· Sicherstellung und Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs und zuverlässige Umsetzung der übertragenden Aufgaben

· Tägliche Schichtübergabe sowie enge Kommunikation mit den weiteren Schichtleitern

· Rückmeldung und Übermittlung der Dokumentationen sowie Reporting an die Lagerleitung

Das macht dich aus:

· Fachkenntnisse der Lagerlogistik (Quereinsteiger sind herzlich Willkommen)

· Befähigung zum Führen eines Flurförderzeuges (Staplerschein)

· Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht-Betrieb)

· Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

· Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit

· Hohes Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

· Pünktlich & zuverlässig
