Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten von Maschinen und Anlagen zur Herstellung von Kunststoffteilen
  • Einrichten der Prozessparameter und Anfahren von Kunststoffspritzgießmaschinen
  • Optimierung der Prozessparameter zur effektiven Teilefertigung in der erforderlichen Qualität
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Qualität der gefertigten Teile entsprechend Prüfplan

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erweiterte Fachkenntnisse und einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffspritzgießerei, insbesondere beim Einrichten von Kunststoffspritzgießmaschinen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Kreativität, Selbständigkeit und Kommunikationsbereitschaft sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten auch in belastungsintensiven Situationen
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
