Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Sicherstellung der Produktion in Bezug auf Qualität, Quantität und Zeitpunkt unter Einhaltung aller gültigen internen und externen Richtlinien
  • Durchführung von Abstimmungsrunden, Informierung Ihres Teams und Koordination der anfallenden Aufgaben im 3-Schicht-System
  • Kontrolle und Überwachung der technischen Anlagen und Prozessdokumentationen
  • Optimierung der Arbeits- und Prozessabläufe im operativen Bereich
  • Koordination der Störungsbehebung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Sonderfällen (Erstproduktionen etc.)
  • Führung, Schulung, Weiterentwicklung sowie Koordination der Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich oder im technischen Bereich (Mechatroniker, KFZ-Mechaniker, CNC-Fräser etc.) m/w/d
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit sowie am Wochenende
  • Technisches Verständnis, sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent
  • Genaue Arbeitsweise, starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein, sehr hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sehr gute Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
