📋 Ihre Aufgaben

  • Teamführung: Motivierende Leitung und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter während Ihrer Schicht.
  • Tagesgeschäft: Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Markt, an den Kassen und bei der Warenvermittlung.
  • Warenpräsenz: Kontrolle der Frische, der korrekten Preisauszeichnung und der optimalen Warenplatzierung.
  • Kundenservice: Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanliegen und Gewährleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Kennzahlen: Überwachung der Umsatz-, Inventur- und Qualitätsvorgaben in Absprache mit der Marktleitung.

💪 Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel (z. B. Kaufmann im Einzelhandel) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung im Handel sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung.
  • Kompetenz: Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Schichten im Rahmen der Ladenöffnungszeiten.
  • Teamgeist: Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine positive Ausstrahlung.
