Für unseren Kunden, ein innovatives Unternehmen aus der Automobilzulieferindustrie, suchen wir dich als Schichtleiter Produktion (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Dich erwartet ein spannendes Produktionsumfeld, moderne Prozesse und die Chance, deine Führungserfahrung in einem starken Team einzubringen.

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Fertigung
  • Fachliche Führung des Schichtteams
  • Personaleinsatzplanung nach Produktionsbedarf
  • Bearbeitung von qualitätsrelevanten Themen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele in Qualität und Quantität
  • Analyse von Störungen und Koordination der Fehlerbehebung
  • Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen
  • Dokumentation relevanter Kennzahlen und Abläufe
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Teams wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
