Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung suchen wir einen Schichtleiter (m/w/d) für die Logistik in Festanstellung für ein Unternehmen aus dem industriellen Umfeld in der Region.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Entwicklung Ihres Teams, inkl. Durchführung von Mitarbeiter-, Probezeit- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der logistischen Abläufe (z.B. Wareneingang, Lagerhaltung, Kommissionierung, Versand)
  • Einsatzplanung von Personal (u.a. Schicht- und Anwesenheitsplanung), Maschinen, Material und Betriebsmitteln nach Bedarf und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Sicherstellung der operativen Produktionssteuerung hinsichtlich Qualität, Quantität, Termintreue, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Hygienestandards
  • Kommunikation mit anderen Schichtleitern und Abteilungen zur Abstimmung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Störungen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Dokumentation und Berichtswesen zu Kennzahlen, Schichtübergaben und Vorkommnisse
  • Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle der Lagerinventur

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene mind. 3-jährige Berufsausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lagerwirtschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen (idealerweise SAP und EWM)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (vollkontinuierliches Schichtsystem)
