Für unseren Call a Pizza Store in Ludwigsfelde suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Schichtleiter (m/w/d), der Freude daran hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, ein Team zu führen und gemeinsam mit uns unseren Gästen besten Service zu bieten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Leitung der Schichtabläufe
  • Führung und Motivation des Teams während der Schicht
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Service- und Küchenablaufs
  • Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung und Ausgabe unserer Produkte
  • Kassenverantwortung und Tagesabrechnung
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Ansprechpartner für Gäste und Lieferfahrer:innen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erste Erfahrung in Gastronomie, Systemgastronomie oder Einzelhandel
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation im Team und mit Kund:innen
