Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik/Lagerverwaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von internationalen Teams im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Bereitschaft zur Wechselschicht
  • Erfahrung in der Lagerwirtschaft von automatisierten Lägern (ERP- & LVS-Systeme)
  • Umgang mit MS-Office sowie Erfahrung mit einem Lagerverwaltungssystem

Was erwartet Sie?

  • Führung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden im laufenden Schichtbetrieb
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe und
  • Führung vom Shopfloor Management
  • Planung des Personaleinsatzes und der Flurförderfahrzeugbelegung Ihrer Schichtgruppe
  • Einhaltung des Auftragsplans und der Qualitätsstandards sowie Überwachung der Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften und der 5S Standards
  • Permanente Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
