Schichtleiter (m/w/d) in der Logistik

Wir suchen für die Produktion in der Lebensmittelbranche einen erfahrenen und kommunikationsstarken Schichtleiter (m/w/d) in der Logistik für den Standort Bornheim.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) und Leiharbeitnehmer (m/w/d)
  • Einweisung, Unterweisung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern gehören zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
  • Sie ermitteln die KPI im Packbereich und deren sorgen für deren Überwachung
  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung des Bereichs und die Weiterentwicklung der Logistikprozesse im Packbereich
  • Sie ergreifen geeignete Maßnahmen bei Qualitätsabweichungen inkl. Rückverfolgung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachlagerist, oder als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d)
  • Sie konnten bereits mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Lagerlogistik sammeln
  • Sie haben eine starke Persönlichkeit und können erste Führungserfahrungen vorweisen
  • Bestenfalls sind Sie in Kenntnis über diverse Packprozesse
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und organisiert, Sie sind ein Organisationstalent
  • Im Idealfall beherrschen Sie die rumänische Sprache in Wort und Schrift
