Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Kunststofftechnik oder Spritzguss
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung sowie in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Kenntnisse in Spritzgießtechnik und Produktionsprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem

Was erwartet Sie?

  • Organisation und Steuerung des Produktionsablaufs innerhalb der Schicht
  • Fachliche Führung und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Produktivität und Termintreue
  • Koordination von Rüstvorgängen, Materialverfügbarkeit und Auftragswechseln
  • Analyse von Störungen sowie Abstimmung mit Instandhaltung und Fertigungsleitung
  • Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und der Reduzierung von Ausschuss
  • Dokumentation relevanter Produktions- und Schichtdaten
