Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen in der pharmazeutischen Produktion suchen wir einen Schichtleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Ansatz. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position stellen Sie den reibungslosen und termingerechten Produktionsablauf sicher und führen Ihr Team unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits-, GMP- und GDP-Richtlinien.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Schichtteams inkl. regelmäßiger Mitarbeitergespräche
  • Organisation und Steuerung der Abläufe in den Bereichen Ansatz, Vorbereitung und Außenbereich
  • Sicherstellung der täglichen Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, GMP- und GDP-Vorgaben
  • Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden gemäß Produktionsplanung
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Produktionsplans
  • Kontinuierliche Prüfung der Herstelldokumentation während und nach der Produktion
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Supply Chain und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Sicherstellung der Material- und Dokumentenverfügbarkeit im Produktionsprozess

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pharmakant (m/w/d), Chemikant (m/w/d), Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder vergleichbar
  • Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister (m/w/d) Chemie oder Pharmazie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Erfahrung in der Herstellung steriler Arzneimittel von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP und GDP
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im rollierenden Schichtbetrieb
