Für unseren Kunden am Standort Magdeburg suchen wir einen Schichtleiter m/w/d bzw. Teamleiter m/w/d in Dirketvermittlung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams in der Produktion im 3-Schichtbetrieb
  • Aktive Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Ausbringungsmenge, Lieferpünktlichkeit, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Analysen und proaktive Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Zielabweichungen
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitsergebnissen sowie Erstellung von Schicht-, Tages- und Wochenplänen
  • Operative Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen und Bericht an die Abteilungsleitung
  • Etablierung eines Höchstmaßes an Arbeitsschutz unter Einhaltung der Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Überführung der Projektergebnisse in die Praxis

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufs­praxis in einem Produk­tions­betrieb im Bereich Metall, Elektro­technik oder Lack- und Beschich­tungs­technik oder in einem vergleich­baren Auf­gabengebiet
  • Erste Führungs­erfahrung mit Personalverantwortung von Vorteil
  • Vertiefte Kennt­nisse im Arbeits­schutz, Expertise im Umgang mit Produktionskennzahlen und mit Lenkungsansätzen zur Erreichung von Produktionszielen sowie grundlegendes wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Gutes Deutsch und grundlegendes Englisch wünschenswert
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS Office und SAP
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, eigenverantwortliche und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent, Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen
