### Wir suchen für einen führenden Anbieter von Verteidigungssystemen einen mitarbeitenden Schichtleiter für den Produktionsstandort in Röthenbach an der Pegnitz.

### Unser Angebot:

  • Kundenunternehmen mit IG-Metalltarifvertrag
  • 35 Stundenwoche
  • Übernahme durch das Kundenunternehmen
  • Stundenlohn von 24,39€, nach 5 Monaten 25,24€

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und die fachliche Führung der Produktionsmitarbeiter inkl. der Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Fertigungsablaufs
  • Erster Ansprechpartner in der Schicht bei Produktionsabweichungen, Störungen, etc.
  • Störungsanalyse und -behebung an den Anlagen
  • Onboarding von neunen Mitarbeitern
  • Koordination der Schichtübergaben
  • Buchen von Vorgängen im ERP-System (SAP)
  • Durchführen von Einsteller-Tätigkeiten (Stanzanlagen, Montageanlagen, etc.)
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen (Soll/Ist-Vergleiche)

### Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister
  • Berufserfahrung als Einsteller von Produktionsanlagen
  • 3-Schichtbereitschaft
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Schichtleitung / Personalverantwortung
