Schichtleiter Nachtschicht (m/w/d) - Quereinsteiger willkommen!

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führen von 50 Mitarbeitern;
  • Erstellen von Schicht und Urlaubsplänen;
  • Überprüfung und Optimierung der Prozesse;
  • Koordination der logistischen Abläufe;
  • Kontrolle und Überprüfung der Kommissionierung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Hohe Führungserfahrung;
  • Belastbar und lösungsorientiert;
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität;
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit;
  • PC-Kenntnisse wünschenswert;
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Obst und Gemüse (von Vorteil).
