Ihre Aufgaben
-Planung, Organisation u. Durchführung der jeweiligen Schicht
-Sicherstellung d. Produktionsleistung im Hinblick auf Termin, Qualität und Kosten
-Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit
-Gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Produktion
-Auswahl, Entwicklung u. Führung der Mitarbeiter
-Mitarbeit im Qualitätszirkel
Ihr Profil
- -Brauer, Elektroniker, Schlosser, Bäcker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- -Führungskompetenz
- -Organisationsgeschickt
- -Absolute Zuverlässigkeit, Vertrauen, Loyalität
- -Durchsetzungsstärke, Führungsqualität, Ergebnisorientierung
- -Engagement
