Die Serveco GmbH ist ein seit 2020 produzierender Recycling-Betrieb im Kunststoffbereich.

Seit unserem Start befinden wir uns in konstantem Wachstum und werden auch in Zukunft weitere Produktionskapazitäten ausbauen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schichtleiter/Produktion.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Einteilung des Schichtpersonals auf die verschiedenen Positionen
  • Kontrolle, Überwachung und Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen
  • Organisation des Lagerplatzes
  • Qualitätsüberwachung der Hergestellten Materialien
  • Einführung neuer Mitarbeiter in die Produktionsabläufe
  • Schnittstelle zur technischen Instandhaltung
  • Führen der Schichtdokumentation
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
  • Bestenfalls erste Erfahrungen in leitender Position
  • Eigenständiges und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten sowie Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gutes Verständnis bezüglich technischer Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Flurförderfahrzeugen
