DARUM GEHT ES KONKRET

  • Einteilung der Kommissionierer nach Aufkommen in den Lagerzonen sowie Überwachung und Steuerung der Kommissionierung / Umlagerung und Fertigstellung der Touren
  • Personalverantwortung für die dir unterstellten Mitarbeiter außerdem behältst du die Leistungsentwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden im Blick, führst aussagekräftige Beurteilungen durch und leitest daraus passende Entwicklungsmaßnahmen ab
  • Entgegennahme der Arbeitsverhinderung und Weiterleitung der Information und Eintragung im Schichtplaner
  • Pflege der Artikelstämme und Parameter in den Systemen sowie die Bearbeitung von Klärungsfällen, darunter das Prüfen von offenen Wareneingängen oder fehlender Ware
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen seitens Disposition und Verkauf, Unterstützung bei laufenden Prüfungen der Prozesse und Steigerung der Produktivität und durchführen von Inventuren
  • WIR WÜNSCHEN UNS VON Dir
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik und praktische Erfahrungen in der Logistik
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Belastbarkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und ein gutes Auffassungsvermögen gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Flurförderschein und gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
