Schichtleiter Versand (m/w/d)

Die wolfcraft GmbH ist ein international ausgerichtetes, mittelständisches Unternehmen und produziert seit 75 Jahren innovatives Werkzeug und Maschinenzubehör für den europäischen Heimwerkermarkt. Weltweit beschäftigen wir rund 700 Mitarbeiter, davon ca. 350 in Deutschland. Die Produktion und Logistik ist auf die Standorte Kempenich, Weibern und die Slowakei verteilt. Zudem kooperiert wolfcraft mit Vertriebspartnern in über 20 Ländern. Das Sortiment umfasst 26 Produktgruppen mit über 3000 Artikeln. Zu unseren Kunden gehören neben dem Großhandel, große Baumarktketten und Internetvertriebspartner.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Kommissionierung und Verpackung durch eine effektive Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner bei den Themen Einarbeitung, Qualifikation und Motivation des Teams
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Auslieferung von Kundenbestellungen
  • Analyse von Schwachstellen im Ablauf sowie aktive Fehlerbehebung zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung des Teams auf der Fläche
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik sowie erste Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Vorbildfunktion im Arbeitsalltag
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen sowie mit den SAP-Modulen SD und LE
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke sowie hohem Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zweischichtbetrieb
