Tätigkeiten

  • Organisation und Koordination des Betriebsablaufs
  • Führung und Einteilung der Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs
  • Kontrolle der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Warenannahme und Bestandskontrolle
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Gäste
  • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung bei operativen Aufgaben
  • Vertretung der Betriebsleitung bei Abwesenheit

Anforderungen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im gastronomischen Bereich
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Arbeitszeitmodell:

Vollzeit Std./Woche, Schichtbetrieb, flexible Arbeitszeiten, Wochenendarbeit
