In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position leitest du ein Team im 3-Schichtsystem und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf.   • Personalverantwortung ✓
  • Koordination, Verantwortung und Planung der Arbeiten an der Produktionslinie✓
  • Fachliche Personalverantwortung inklusive Mitarbeitenden-Gespräche und -Entwicklung, Schulungen und Unterweisungen ✓
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der Produktions-, Betriebsleitung, dem Arbeitsschutz sowie Ansprechpartner für Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Systeme
  • Produktions- und Prozessverantwortung ✓
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sowie Umsetzung von Arbeits-, Gesundheits-, Hygiene-, Qualitäts-, und Herstellvorschriften ✓
  • Shopfloor-Management sowie kontinuierliche Überwachung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse ✓
  • Bereitstellung der Produktionskennzahlen (KPI) inkl. Dokumentation ✓
  • Mitwirkung an der Produktionsplanung, Steuerung bei Abweichungen und Stillständen sowie Koordination der Reinigungsarbeiten ✓
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit sowie Dokumentation und Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen ✓
  • Übernahme der Maschinenführung in Notfallsituationen sowie Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs ✓
  • Die Arbeit kann gelegentlich körperlich anspruchsvolle Tätigkeiten an der Maschine beinhalten.
  • Dein Profil✓
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Süßwarentechnolog:in, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik oder vergleichbar ✓
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion mit erster Führungsverantwortung ✓
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Arbeits- und Produktsicherheit (HACCP) ✓
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Projekten und Lean-Methodik wünschenswert ✓
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse und digitale Systemaffinität (M365) ✓
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schichtsystem) ✓
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung ✓
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative und Motivation
