Als Schichtleitung bist du das Herzstück unseres operativen Geschäfts. Du hältst die Fäden in der Hand, motivierst das Team und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Gast den Abend mit einem Lächeln verlässt. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Management, Service und Küche.

In dieser Schlüsselposition verantwortest du den reibungslosen Ablauf während deiner Schicht. Du koordinierst den Personaleinsatz, übernimmst die Einteilung der Stationen und bist erster Ansprechpartner bei Herausforderungen oder Gäste-Feedback. Deine Präsenz auf der Fläche gibt dem Team Sicherheit und sorgt für eine hohe Servicequalität.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Operative Leitung: Steuerung des gesamten Serviceablaufs und Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards.
  • Teamführung: Briefing der Mitarbeiter vor Schichtbeginn, Motivation während des Abends und Coaching neuer Teammitglieder.
  • Gästemanagement: Aktive Betreuung der Gäste, professionelles Beschwerdemanagement und Sicherstellung einer herzlichen Atmosphäre.
  • Administration: Abrechnung der Kassen, Dokumentation von Vorkommnissen und Übergabe an die nächste Schichtleitung oder das Management.
  • Warenkontrolle: Überwachung der Bestände und Sicherstellung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP).
